PERFECT!

Yep, that describes this last year being married! I wouldn't change one thing about it. I can't believe its been a whole year already. Time flies when you're having fun with the one you love. The weekend started off with us going to a show on Saturday night. We saw one of our favorite bands- Slow club. They were amazing, their voices sound so good together and I can honestly say they are the best band I've seen live vocal wise. Then on Sunday we headed off to my aunt's cabin in Green Valley Lake. This is where we got engaged, so we had to take a picture and hopefully can make it a tradition to go back every year. (I was sitting on this same table when Jordan proposed!)
We had a lot of fun. We BBQed and made s'mores...

Then we went to Big Bear lake and and rented a Kayak.
It was a little scary at first, but I got used to it... although I think Jordan did most of the work.
It was a really fun weekend and it was nice to get away. I can't believe how blessed I am to be married to my Jordan. He is far more than I deserve. He helps me to be a better person because he is so good. I've never met such a hard worker or someone so patient. He continues to impress me day by day. I'm so glad that we are both layed-back and we get along so well. We have never had a fight or an argument and we plan to keep it that way. So many people told us when we got married to enjoy the honey moon stage while it lasts, because after that marriage isn't so great..pssh who says it ever has to end? We agree it will last forever. So like I said, it was a perfect year and I am so excited for many more to come. I never thought I could ever be this happy! I love you Jordan, happy anniversary!!

Congratulations! That sounds like a wonderful anniversary. After Kennedy comes it will be harder to do things like that, but it will always be special. You look so cute and pregnant!

I love the idea of making those pictures at the table a tradition. That's really sweet!

Okay, I didn't go to the show, but I have been very impressed with Mates of State's vocals. They would be very hard to beat. Unless you want to count Valiant Thor.
